Subscriptions
Subscribing ensures you receive regular deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
- Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be automatically charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.
- Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel at any time.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at hello@sweetselectionbox.co.uk with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently unavailable or scheduled for future release.
- Depending on the item, we may require full payment upfront, a partial deposit, or no charge until fulfilment.
- If your pre-order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you may cancel and receive a refund.
- Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but refund requests may be considered.
